Resume Polisher provides a digital service — AI-powered resume optimization. Upon payment, you receive immediate access to the optimized resume output. Due to the digital nature of this product, the following refund policy applies.

No Refunds After Generation

Once a paid resume generation is completed and the result is displayed or made available for download, no refunds can be issued. This is because:

• The service has been fully delivered at the moment of generation.
• The digital output cannot be "returned" — once you have seen or downloaded the resume, the value has been received.

Free Trial

We offer a free trial generation so you can evaluate the quality of our service before making a purchase. We encourage you to use the free trial to ensure the Service meets your expectations.

What's Included in Your Payment

Your $1.90 USD payment includes:

• 1 paid resume generation with full formatting
• 1 free revision generation at no extra cost
• Access to all country templates and formats

Exceptions

We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if:

• You were charged but did not receive the generated resume due to a technical error on our end.
• You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a processing error.

To request an exception review, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@airesumeguru.top with your payment receipt.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issue, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service.
